Our ornate silver easel has a timeless design, suited to various wedding themes from modern sign boards to holding a weighted mirror sign securely. 

£30 Hire Fee
Plus a £150 refundable deposit (see T&Cs below).
The hire fee includes a four-day rental period, giving you a flexible timeframe to collect and return the item.

Our AOS. silver easel is made from high-quality metal and blends perfectly with various venues or themes, guaranteeing your wedding stationery signage is exhibited in the way it deserves for those precious photographs.

While venues may provide easels you might wish to match a certain style or need more easels than they can provide. A few ideas for our easels are wedding signage, holding our hire mirrors signage, or large engagement photos.

Can be used for events inside or outside, however we do ask if your event is moved inside due to weather please let the event staff know in advance to place the easels inside or take adaquate measures with your own weights. 

The easel is free standing with a chain to secure the legs in place, we do advise there to be space around the easel and too keep little hands away. 

We operate on a collection only basis, situated in Bedfordshire close to the A1 and North Hertfordshire. We recommend clients of a radius of Beds, Bucks, Herts and Cambs, those looking further afield are more than welcome it may also be your venue is in the near vicinity and you wish to collect the day/evening before the wedding.

The Easel does not come with any packaging as this ends up being discarded by the wedding venue staff. The easel will be in three pieces which are easily attached by hand with the provided wingnut screws, the stand, the ornate head piece and the ornate shelf so you can decide your desired height. (The headpiece and shelf due to their ornate metal style are more fragile and may need more padding during transportation.)

We recommend having a thick blanket ready in your vehicle and wrapping the item in this on collection and when collecting after your event, to stop any damage and loss of deposit upon return. 

This item can be collected within two days before the event and returned within two days. Please fill out the ask a question form below for required collection/ return dates. 

T&C's  

£30 Payment plus a £150 fully refundable deposit must be made upon collection. The deposit will be refunded in full, provided on return AOS. assesses there is no damage to the entire easel, if there is damage we hold the right to keep the full deposit in order to make repairs or source a new item. 

Screws & Wing nuts that are lost there will be a £2.50 charge deducted from the refundable despoti for a new set to be issued. 

Cancellation can only be made 30 days prior to the collection date free of charge, as you can imagine we take bookings well in advance.

I understand a payment on £30 and a £150 fully refundable deposit will be made on collection and that upon return, if there is no damage and loss of keys on this will be refunded. *
I understand if there has been damage to the postal box or locking mechanism, I will not receive my refundable deposit back.
I understand if key is lost or damaged a charge of £10 will be deducted from the deposit. (Please do not try to open the box without the key we hold spares and will unlock this for you on collection.)*
