Let your guests sign, seal, and deliver their personal wedding wishes and small gifts on the day with our iconic cast iron Royal Mail post boxes.

A beautiful and practical addition to your guestbook and gift table, each hired postal box can be personalised with a custom plate displayed in the plate holder. This can include the happy couple’s names, wedding date, and a personal thank-you message to your guests.

Product and hire information

Our elegant wedding postal boxes provide a secure and stylish place for guests to leave cards, cash gifts, and vouchers for the newly married couple. Each box weighs under 18kg and is lockable, offering peace of mind throughout your celebration.

Each postal box is supplied with a key, which can be entrusted to a close guest. This allows the box to be emptied if required, with contents safely stored in hotel safes or other secure areas during the event.

Collection & Location
We operate on a collection-only basis, located in Bedfordshire, close to the A1 and North Hertfordshire. Our service is ideal for clients within Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. Clients travelling from further afield may find their venue is nearby and choose to collect the day or evening before the wedding.

Packaging & Transport
The postal box is supplied without packaging, as packaging is often discarded by venue staff. We recommend bringing a thick blanket to wrap the box during transport to prevent damage and avoid loss of deposit upon return.

Hire Period
Collection: up to 2 days before your event
Return: within 2 days after your event.

Pricing & Terms
Hire fee: £45 (Includes personalised post box insert)
Refundable deposit: £150 (payable on collection)
The deposit will be refunded in full upon return, provided AOS. confirms there is no damage to the box or key. In the event of damage, we reserve the right to retain the deposit to cover repairs or replacement.
Lost keys will incur a £10 charge, deducted from the deposit.
(We hold spare keys for all postal boxes, so access to cards and gifts will never be an issue — we can assist if required.)

Cancellations
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days prior to the collection date. As preparation may already be underway — including custom work — cancellations after this point are non-refundable.
