Personalised Mirror Hire
Our hire mirrors with personalised vinyl decals are the perfect choice for your event. Leave all the technical details  to Art of Stationery — all you need to do is collect and return the item. Simply choose your preferred signage option above, then browse the available styles that best complement your theme.

Our mirrors are currently available only in silver frames. Vinyl decals come in white pearl shimmer offering excellent contrast against the mirror surface to beautifully elevate your text designs.

Large Mirror 93 x 73 x 5cm

Collection & Transport
We operate on a collection-only basis from Bedfordshire, conveniently located near the A1 and North Hertfordshire. Our service is ideal for clients within Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire, though those further afield are welcome — particularly if your venue is nearby and you wish to collect the day or evening before your wedding.

Mirrors are our only large items supplied in protective packaging. We kindly ask that event staff ensure mirrors are placed back into all original packaging at the end of the event for safe transportation. (Clear instructions are also printed on the boxes.)

When transporting the mirrors, we recommend:
Keeping them on their side, preferably in your boot or across the back seats
Using a thick blanket for additional padding
Ensuring the mirror is securely wedged in place
Please do not lay mirrors flat or stack them, as this places pressure on the weakest point and may cause breakage.
Having a blanket ready for both collection and return will help prevent damage and avoid loss of deposit.

Collection & Return Times
Mirrors can be Collected up to two days before your event and returned within two days after. Please complete the Ask a Question form below to confirm your required collection and return dates.

Pricing, Deposit & Terms
Hire price: £40–£70+ (depending on mirror selection)
A £150 fully refundable deposit is required and payable upon collection
The deposit will be refunded in full once AOS. confirms there is no damage to the mirror or frame upon return. If damage is present, we reserve the right to retain the deposit to cover repairs or replacement.

Wedding breakfast seating plans use vinyl decals for headers, footers, and selected motifs only; all table details are printed on heavyweight paper, which our couples prefer
Mirrors may vary slightly in frame colour and motif
If you select a design featuring a venue graphic, you will be asked to provide an image or the venue name upon order confirmation

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to the collection date, free of charge. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, cancellations after this point may not be possible as your custom piece may already be in production.
